You don’t need all the answers before you reach out—that’s what we’re here for.
Every child develops at their own pace, but if you’re noticing delays in speech, motor skills, social interaction, or daily routines—or if something just doesn’t feel “typical”—early intervention can help. You don’t need a diagnosis to seek support. If you have questions, that’s reason enough to reach out.
No, a referral is not needed. You can contact us directly and schedule a consultation at any time. We’ll walk you through the next steps and help you determine if services are a good fit for your child.
We specialize in supporting children from birth to age three, which is the most important window for early development. In some cases, we may work with children slightly older depending on need and developmental goals.
We support growth across all core developmental domains:
Yes! While many families prefer in-home services, we also offer virtual sessions for coaching, consultation, and follow-up—especially when flexibility or distance is a factor.
We do not bill through insurance. This allows us to provide flexible, individualized services without the limitations of insurance requirements or coding restrictions. We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees.
Most sessions are 60–90 minutes, once or twice per week, depending on your child’s needs and your availability. Frequency and duration can be adjusted to fit your family’s schedule and goals.
Sessions take place in your home or natural environment and often begin with a check-in. We’ll work with your child through play, routines, and activities they enjoy. You’ll also be involved—learning strategies, asking questions, and building confidence in supporting your child outside of sessions.
Absolutely. We collaborate with other providers (e.g., therapists, educators, pediatricians) and often supplement existing services with additional support, parent coaching, or consultation.
That’s okay—and incredibly common. Our job is to help you make sense of what you’re seeing and support you in taking the next right step for your family. You don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out.
We understand that budgeting for services can feel overwhelming. If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re committed to making support accessible. We can help connect you with local resources, funding opportunities, or community-based programs that may reduce the cost of services. Our goal is to make sure every family gets the support they deserve, regardless of financial circumstances.
